Email, newsletters & subscriptions

When you subscribe or register through one of our forms, we store the information you provide (such as your email address and name) together with a record of your consent so that we can send you the communications you asked for.

  • We use this information to contact you — including people who send us articles or promotions — and to send newsletters, updates, and promotional offers.
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
  • Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of any individual campaign, or unsubscribe from all of our emails entirely, at any time — either through that link or by emailing privacy@onlineguides.net.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure advertising. For details about the cookies we use and how to control them, please read our Cookie Policy.

Third-party analytics and advertising

We use third-party services that may collect or receive information about your use of the Site and other websites, and may set their own cookies. These include:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website analytics and reporting. See Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Google Ads (Google LLC) — advertising and conversion measurement. Manage your preferences at Google Ads Settings.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — advertising and measurement on Facebook and Instagram. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and your Ad Preferences.
  • BWeb Stats — our first-party/analytics measurement used to understand Site traffic and performance.

These providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect through their tools. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Affiliate links and external websites

The Site contains affiliate links and promoted external links. When you click these links you may leave the Site and be taken to a third-party website that we do not own or control, and we may earn a commission (see our Affiliate Disclosure). Those third-party websites have their own privacy policies and terms, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Please review the policies of any website you visit.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — vendors who help us operate the Site and send emails (for example, hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers), who may only use the information to provide services to us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners — as described above, in connection with the tools we use.
  • Legal reasons — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Bweb Solutions LLC, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Site and the communications you requested, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you unsubscribe, we may retain a minimal suppression record so that we can honor your request not to be contacted.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to opt out of certain sharing of your information. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@onlineguides.net.

  • Marketing opt-out — use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us at any time.
  • We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels (such as Google Ads and the Meta Pixel) to deliver and measure ads may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA).

You can opt out at any time:

  • Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our site footer, or open Cookie settings and turn off Advertising.
  • We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as an opt-out of the sale/sharing of your personal information for that browser.

Opting out disables advertising cookies and pixels on your browser. It does not delete your existing subscription; to unsubscribe from emails, use the link in any message.

Children’s privacy — not for minors

The Site is intended for adults (18 years of age or older) and is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact privacy@onlineguides.net and we will delete it.

International visitors

We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
